I'm sorry for the late response, thank you for being patient! Are you still having internet connection issues? If you are, I'd be happy to help out! I'll just need to ask you a few questions to help solve the problem:

Do your devices meet the Chromecast requirements?
Are you using the recommended router settings?

After checking on those two questions, I would then follow the steps in this article on common Chromecast connection issues as well. Let me know if that solves the issue or not, we can try a few more things!
