Followed troubleshooting instructions to do a factory reset. Did that but three black boxes appeared on the left-hand side of the TV screen. Followed the next troubleshooting instructions to turn off closed captioning, but it wasn't on. Turned it on and off and still the black boxes.&nbsp; Unplugged both the TV and Chromecast, waited 10 minutes, but the black boxes are still there.
