Thanks for reaching out. I'd like to know more about what's happening so we can sort this thing out.

What type of Chromecast do you have?
What's the LED light status in your Chromecast?
When you say nothing happened when you set up your device, did you get any messages or is the setup unsuccessful?
If the setup is successful, are you unable to cast videos from the Chromecast-enabled app on your phone to your TV?
