Not a clear picture

When I chrome cast to my kogan TV from my Android phone I get half a screen of the show distorted with lines. The sound comes thru it's just the picture.

Yes I have tried turning the TV on and off, disconnecting the WiFi....nothing seems to solve the issue.

HELP!!

I apologize about the late response on this, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine that makes a rough viewing experience. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Does this only occur when casting from one app, or many?
Does this occur both when casting from an app, and mirroring your Android's screen?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
