I use cast from my tablet and mobile...global music app works fine but BBC music cuts out continually. I have an lg model 49sm9000PLA

I have uninstalled apps reset pioneer you name it

Have you tried casting directly from the BBC's own iPlayer app?

I do not have a dongle and need sound going through amp for better audio
