I am sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience on this! Were you able to get Pure Flix working again? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know the amount of factors involved can be hard to troubleshoot on your own. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Is the Pure Flix and Google Home app up-to-date?
Are you able to cast from any other app, such as YouTube?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
