Stop others in house casting to my device

I am a teacher and we are using a chromecast for digital signage however we are worried about pupils being able to cast things to our signage as they are on the same wifi. Is there a way to make sure that only specific user can cast to a particular device?

Hi tjpw,

A Chromecast is designed for easy use within a home environment and will allow anyone on the same WiFi network to cast to it. Could you ask your IT department to create a guest network for your Chromecast?
