My speakers for my chromecast are making a static sound over the audio of TV shows. Idk how to fix it.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the late response. Let's sort this out.

A few questions:

What type of Chromecast device do you have?
Where is the Chromecast plugged into?
Does the static sound also occur when the Chromecast is in idle mode?

Try these steps:

Adjust the cables and make sure they are tightly plugged in.
Reboot your Chromecast.
Try on a different HDMI port on your TV.
Reset your Chromecast.
