Thanks for posting and sorry for the late response. Let's check on this further.

A few questions — what type of Chromecast device do you have? How far is the Chromecast from the WiFi router? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? Please try to reboot your WiFi router and Chromecast. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset on your Chromecast and set up again.
