I've had my Chromecast ultra for a year bought for stedia never had a problem until now I will be casting either YouTube or Pluto tv from my android an all of a sudden the caster wants to have a mind of it's own an turn the volume down an stop casting I've factory reset it once an rebooted twice still having same issues an it's got a stable wifi connection

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that audio issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I know I'd be annoyed if the video's audio kept changing! Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Does this issue only happen on those two apps, or all video apps?
Does this issue occur when casting from another device, such as a computer or tablet?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
