I'm sorry to hear your Chromecast is having some connection issues, I know those can be a pain to deal with. I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions first:

When did this start happening?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried?
Are you using the recommended router settings?

I would also recommend that you check out this article on common Chromecast connection issues, because that solves a lot of cases we have of this particular issue.
