Hello,

I have problem with specials signs in Polish language subtitles ".srt." I see instead of them "?" "*". How to solve IT?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that subtitles issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine it doesn't help the viewing experience very much. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Does this happen in every app with subtitles, or only one app?
Is the Chromecast's firmware up-to-date?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
