      <title>Issue connecting CCA</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a CCA which was working wonderfully till now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But, I am facing issues recently. It won't show up n streaming option on my any Music Apps, not on my Android Phone or PC. It also shows as unavailable on Goggle Home app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For a few weeks it was hit and miss regarding it showing up as an option. Now it's totally missing. Can anybody help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One of the reason might be change of WiFi Modem/Router due to change of provider. But, I am not sure. Any particular setting to check in router?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you changed your WiFi router, please make sure that you've also updated&amp;nbsp;the network where your Chromecast Audio is connected to. Check the steps below:&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;OL&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure your mobile device or tablet is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/3rMOv0X" target="_blank"&gt;linked to the same account&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;as your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Google Home app.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap your device.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device information&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;Wi-Fi &amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Forget this network&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt;You will be taken back to your Home screen.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for getting back to us. Please make sure your casting devices are connected on the same network as your Chromecast Audio. Also to isolate the issue, could you&amp;nbsp;try to set up your Chromecast using a mobile hotspot? If it did&amp;nbsp;connect and work as intended, please check your router settings.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;See the router settings listed below that you need to check and configure:&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;Enable these settings on your router, if applicable:&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;UL&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt; &lt;P&gt;Universal Plug and Play (UPnP)/Multicast&lt;/P&gt; &lt;/LI&gt; 
 &lt;LI&gt; &lt;P&gt;Internet Group Management Protocol (IGMP)&lt;/P&gt; &lt;/LI&gt;
