Ik heb alles in orde gedaan en het scherm van mijn tv is zwart met cromecast.com/set erop

Ik heb het op mijn gsm in orde gedaan en nu weet ik niet wat ik moet doenmvg

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Chromecast. Let's check on this further.

A few questions:

What type of Chromecast device do you have?
What's the LED light status in your Chromecast?
Has the Chromecast ever worked with the TV?
Is the Chromecast plugged in correctly to the TV and power source?

You can try to reboot your Chromecast and after doing that, please choose one that best describes what appears on your TV screen. Check the info here.
