Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your Chromecast. Let’s check on this further.

A few questions — what’s the LED light status in your Chromecast? When did the issue start? Is the Chromecast plugged directly to a power outlet (not a surge protector)? Is this happening while you are casting?

Give these steps a try:

Please plug your phone to the outlet where the Chromecast is plugged in and check if it charges. This is to confirm if the power outlet is working.
If the Chromecast is plugged into a surge protector, please plug it directly into a power outlet.
Check the power adapter and cable is not damaged
Reboot your Chromecast and router.
Reset your Chromecast.
