YouTube Cast Icon not detecting PS4

Been casting YouTube from my Android phone to Ps4 for a while. Suddenly the Ps4 no longer appears as an option to cast to when I press the YouTube cast Icon even though they still on same network and Ps4 is on the YouTube app. I've tried restarting both devices a few times but problem not solved. How do I solve it?

You tube in the PS4 isn't really casting, it's a linked account. You will need to go into your YouTube settings on the PS4 and link it back to your phone

Hello,

Not sure you understood me. I have been casting YouTube FROM my phone to the Ps4 but unable to now as it doesn't appear as an option to cast to from my Android YouTube app. I have never had to link the two before unless that has now changed

I do understand.. it's called "watch on TV" with the PS4 .. if you go into your YouTube app on your phone, settings , watch on tv, you should see linked devices, if the PS4 isn't there you will need to re add it
