Disabling Chromecast Autoconnect

Casting from Computer will automatically and always connect to the wrong TV in the household while trying to connect to the correct TV. The wrong TV has Google TV, and the right one has a Chromecast Dongle. This is very annoying when I "kill" their current programs while trying to connect to my Dongle.

When did this issue start happening?
Are you casting from Google Chrome?
Are you casting from tab, or casting from desktop?
When you cast, does a window pop up showing available devices?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
