Cannot cast disney+ or prime

Hello

I am unable to cast Disney+ or Prime video. This is a new issue. All 4, BBC iPlayer, YouTube, Spotify - all working.

The issue is new to this week. Any help is appreciated as it's driving me insane.

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I can imagine it's strange that some apps cast correctly, while others don't. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Are the Disney+ and Prime apps up-to-date?
Do you get any kind of error message when you try to cast?
Have you tried clearing out the cached data on both apps?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
