Chromecast unable to play Amazon Prime

Video does not appear from Prime on my android to the TV via Chromecast, it gives audio only.
It does display the rating logo at the top of the screen and you can hear audio but no video.
All software is up to date so is this some kind of licence or compatability issue?

A few questions:

How far is the Chromecast from the router?
How far are you from the TV when you try to cast?
Is the internet connection stable?
Has there been any changes on the router settings?
Are the devices connected to the same network?
Is this only happening when casting videos from Amazon Prime?

Give these steps a try:

Check the proximity of the TV to the casting device (phone, tablet, or computer), and Wi-Fi router.
Reboot the Chromecast, casting device, and router.
Toggle Wi-Fi off/on in your casting device.
Turn off power saving mode if your mobile phone or laptop has a saving power setting.
Uninstall and reinstall the Amazon Prime app.
Perform a factory reset.

Note: If the issue is isolated when casting videos from Amazon Prime, please reach out to the app developer for further assistance.
