Receiver turns back on after powering down

Hello,

When I turn off my Chromecast using the remote it turns my receiver off but then the power turns on again about one second later. It started doing this a few months ago. It's as if the remote is sending two signals to the Yamaha receiver.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as it's very frustrating.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Please try to reboot your Voice Remote, Chromecast and Yamaha receiver. Removing and re-adding your Yamaha Receiver under remote and accessories settings might also help. If the same issue persists, please reset your Voice Remote and set up again.
