Chromecast no sound for Netflix & Disney+

I get sound from Youtube but no sound is coming out if source is from Netflix or Disney+. I tried resetting Chromecast and checked app that volume is on but it is still not working. Tried it on both android phone and laptop. Anyone knows how to fix this?

This usually happens when you enable 5.1 sound on not supported device. Try turning it off.

Jacply, how's it going? Have you had a chance trying the suggested step from emgi2? If yes, how was it? You can also try reinstalling the affected apps. Clearing the cache and data might also help.
