Android Phone can't see chromecast

Hi There,

I have a Samsung galaxy note 9 which cant see my 3 Chromecast audio's and a Chromecast 2nd gen.

The other 2 android phones and an iPhone and my desktop can all see and use them. I factory reset the Chromecasts and set them up again using my Note 9 but as soon as they are setup it cant see them anymore. I have checked everything on the router and other than a factory reset on my phone I have run out of option.

Any ideas?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to connect to those Chromecast devices from your Note 9? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Do you have Location Services enabled on the Note 9?
Do you have a dual-band router? (2.4GHz and 5Ghz)
