If you are having troubles logging in or connecting, there is a known issue with YouTube services right now:

Hi Evandori4,

Thanks for posting. The issue has been fixed. You should now be able to log in, switch between accounts, and use the account menu & navigation bar across all services (YouTube, YouTubeTV, YouTube Music, YouTube Studio) and devices. Check the info here.
