Thanks for posting and sorry for the late response. Let's sort this out.

A few questions:

Is this only happening when casting from the Disney+ app?
Are you getting any error messages when casting from this app?
What mobile phone are you using for casting?

Please try to uninstall and reinstall the Disney+ app and reboot your mobile phone and Chromecast. Trying on a different mobile device and resetting your Chromecast might also help.

Note: If the issue is isolated when using the Disney+ app, please reach out to the app developer for further assistance.
