Hi, My chromecast voice control remote is not at pairing mode. Its LED is alway white solid when I put in battery.

I has push Back and Home buttons but it does not change to pulse mode.

is that hardware matter?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having an issue pairing your Chromecast Voice Remote. Let's check on this further.

Quick question: Is this an initial set up or working previously? Please try to replace all batteries at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not use lithium-ion or any other batteries with rated voltage above 1.5 V. If the issue persists, factory reset your Chromecast Voice Remote and Chromecast device.
