my Chromecast keeps restarting even after changing the power supply unit and factory resetting is there any other option

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? Is your Chromecast device powered by the TV USB port or wall outlet? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? Is your Chromecast restarting while watching a video or even in idle mode?

Try the steps:

Plug the Chromecast into a different HDMI port.
Please plug in the Chromecast into a different power outlet.
Try to plug in the Chromecast in a different TV screen (If applicable).
Reset your Chromecast again. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
