I am sorry about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out how to connect a second Chromecast Voice Remote? If not, I'd be happy to help out, since I know it would be useful to have multiple remotes. To answer your question, yes you can! You would just need to follow these Bluetooth settings to get that second remote connected, and it should function like the original remote.
