&lt;P&gt;A few questions: Is the Chromecast successfully setup? Is the router within 15 to&amp;nbsp;20 feet&amp;nbsp;(four to six meters) of the Chromecast device? What apps do you experience the issue with? Are there any recent changes in the Wi-Fi router settings?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure that the customer's casting device, Chromecast, and router are within 15 to&amp;nbsp;20 feet&amp;nbsp;from each other.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Completely close the app(s) and then reopen.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check that you have the latest version of the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check if the Chromecast device has the latest firmware installed.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure the OS version of your casting device (Mobile phone or computer) is updated.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure your phone and Chromecast are connected on the same Wi-Fi network.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Uninstall and reinstall the affected apps.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot the router, Chromecast, and casting device (Phone or computer).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Forget and reset the network on your mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Disable and enable (toggle) automatic time zone setting and restart the&amp;nbsp;casting device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Use a different mobile device.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/37recMF" target="_blank"&gt;Reset&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
