Chromecast Idle Disconnect

When I am casting from any app (youtube, netflix, hbo, etc) if I pause to take a phone call or to do something around the house for a few minutes the application disconnects. This is especially frustrating when I have a list of videos queued to play and when it gets disconnected I lose that list. Is there a way to change the idle disconnect time or to disable it all together?

You may lose your internet connection when someone calls you. I guess you use Wi-Fi at home. I guess there is no connection to the problem, but does your phone have LTE or VoLTE running?
