Video not casting but audio does

It will cast my screen fine but when I try to cast something downloaded it only plays the audio with no video. I can't stream bc I don't have the best internet in rural America. So how can I fix this please.

We hope you were able to get the help you need but if you're still having trouble, please give these steps a try:

Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router.
Reboot your Chromecast, router and casting device.
Toggle the Wi-Fi off/on on your casting device.
Turn off power saving mode.
Perform a reset on your Chromecast.
