Gen 3 Chromecast won't connect to Starlink wifi router

I unplugged the old wifi router. Opened the google home on an android. Went through the whole setup process and it looked to be connecting and showing the code on the screen and then poof, it said it didn't work... tried like 10 times from 2 different phones.

With Chromecasts when you change wifi networks you will need to factory reset the Chromecast and set it up from scratch so that it can be set up on the new network.
