My Chromebook Will Not Start

My Chromebook laptop will not start and the screen will remain black! While trying to charge my laptop the charging light will appear white and there is a silent beeping sound in the background! It happened Sunday morning and therefore this past Monday I brought it back where I purchased it from! Fortunately they were able to restart my laptop! However, within the next 24 hours it happened again and now I do have no money to return to that place again! Therefore, are you able to help me restart my Chromebook laptop?
