Guest Mode not showing under settings

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to enable guest mode on my Chromecast Ultra v2. Unfortunately it will not show up under the Recognition & Sharing tab in the Settings menu.

I've reset my WiFi and performed a factory reset on the device, but still have no settings.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
