Thanks for reaching out. Let's check on this further.

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? How far is your Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router?

Give the steps a try:

Make sure the Chromecast is near the Wi-Fi router.
Reboot your Chromecast and Wi-Fi router.
Reset your Chromecast.
