&lt;P&gt;A few questions: When did this issue start? Is the Chromecast plugged into a power outlet? Is this only happening when watching videos from Netflix or across all apps?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these steps a try;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug the Chromecast&amp;nbsp;into the a power outlet using the provided USB power cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Adjust&amp;nbsp;the cables and make sure they’re tightly plugged in.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug in the Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Plug the Chromecast in a different TV screen (If applicable).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the issue is only happening when watching from Netflix, please reinstall the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your mobile phone.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;A href="https://bit.ly/2MrS2BE" target="_blank"&gt;Reboot&lt;/A&gt; your Chromecast.&lt;/LI&gt;
