I'm sorry, that's not possible with most Chromecast devices.

It IS possible with Chromecast with Google TV (the new one that includes a remote). You still cast both audio and video to the Chromecast, but that Chromecast device can pair with a Bluetooth speaker and push the audio to the speaker.

That is the ONLY Chromecast device that can do that.
