Pairing Chromecast Remote with Unlisted Device

Hi,

I have a Chromecast, and am trying to pair the remote that I have with my sound system. I am using an Oppo Sonica DAC as a receiver, but I cannot find this on the list of supported devices. I found the remote codes online below, but is there any way to program volume buttons to work with my receiver?

Thanks for reaching out. If you already have the remote codes for your Oppo Sonica DAC and it matches the codes on the other brand that is on the list, please select that other brand instead. However, please be informed that this step may or may not work.
