Hi have plugged my 3rd generation chromecast in goes straight 2 white led light but doesn't show anything on the screen thru hdmi it newst 2 work fine

A few questions: Can you only see a black screen on your TV? Does the LED light status show as solid or blinking white light? Have you already set up the Chromecast?
