YouTube on Chromecast has talkback turned on. Chromecast it self has it turned off... How do I disable talkback on YouTube??

Same issue here, very strange. Switching to a different device seems to be the only option..

What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
Does this occur when casting the YouTube app, or using the app on Google TV?
Have you cleared the cached YouTube app data?

When did this issue start happening?
Sometime during the initial setup of the device.
What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
It had the latest firmware as of 1 month ago. I will check when I can.
Does this occur when casting the YouTube app, or using the app on Google TV?
When using the YouTube installed on the Google TV. No casting involved.
Have you cleared the cached YouTube app data?
Yes, multiple times. Uninstall and reinstalled as well.
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
Ensure TalkBack service is turned off. Restarted device multiple times. Ensured YouTube App is up to date. Ensured device updates are up to date.
