I'm trying to hook up my chromecast . On my android on home app I hit get started. The next page says " ok " but it does not light up clicking on it does nothing ... any ideas?

When did this issue start happening?
What color is the LED light on the Chromecast?
Are you connected to a 2.4GHz network band, or a 5GHz?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
