Thanks for posting. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: When did the issue start? Are you getting any messages when casting videos? What's the make and model of your mobile device used for casting?

Give these steps a try:

Please make sure your mobile phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your Chromecast.
Reinstall the affected apps.
Reboot your Chromecast, mobile phone, and Wi-Fi router.
