No conecta, luz roja fija, no vuelve a modo fabrica

Mí chromcast 1ra generación no se conecta a la red, queda la pantalla negra, la app home no lo detecta, apretando el botón no vuelve a modo fabrica, la luz se mantiene fija de color Rojo.

I'm real sorry about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix your Chromecast? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
Have you tried factory resetting the Chromecast from the Google Home app?
Are you in a supported country?
