Hi,

I have a VIVO tv but the brand isn’t listed when setting up the remote?

Is there another brand I can use to make it work??

As a workaround, you can choosing a different brand from the list which in your view has the same country of manufacture as your VIVO TV. You can also try searching for TV remote codes online and see if any other brand matches the same code as VIVO, and select that other brand instead. However, your mileage may vary on this and it simply may not work unfortunately.
