Are you in a Chromecast with Google TV supported country?

Chromecast with Google TV is only supported in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Spain, United Kingdom, United States (except Puerto Rico).

Do you have the Google Play Movies & TV app (now Google TV app) on your Android TV?

Please note: Starting in June 2021, the Google Play Movies & TV app will no longer be available on LG smart TVs, Samsung smart TVs, Vizio smart TVs, and Roku devices. On these devices, you can watch with the YouTube app.
