Home removes chromecast device from rooms regularly

Why does the app remove chromecast device from the room by itself? I have to manually put it back in the room. Happens at least once a week

When did this issue start happening?
What is the firmware version of the Chromecast?
Is your Google Home app up-to-date?
Does this happen with any other devices on the Home app?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
