Volume rocker got stuck and doesn't work anymmore

I seldom used my Google Chromecast and when I used it yesterday, the volume rocker got stuck and now I can't control the volume anymore using the remote control. Is this something that can be replaced?

By the way, is this how your chat support work?

Thanks for the response. No I didn't get any response from the chat support. The remote's volume rocker not working as it's stuck. It's a bummer that it got broke and Im not even using it frequently.
