      <title>TCL Chromecast issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure which labels I should have picked. Not even sure if this is the right forum for my issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have two TCL TVs with built in Chromecast. One casts perfectly and I mean 100%. The other has issues&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lag - huge lag of video&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Repeats cast - the last 10 seconds you just watched can now repeat itself three of four times and then may now skip&amp;nbsp; 30 or 40 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have cleared cache and data from Chromecast BI . I have uninstalled Webview and Chromecast BI and reinstalled.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nothing has made any difference at all and is totally unwatchable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your help would be appreciated&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suppose I should have added...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm casting from my desktop PC which is hard wired as are both TCL TVs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have also tried casting from my phone and laptop [wifi] same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried casting from the Icon in the video, the Cast Tab and also Cast Desktop. All have same result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are the TV's the same model? If so check the firmware and make sure the are the same.&amp;nbsp; Make sure the TV is not on Lan and wifi at the same time. Have you tried a factory reset on the problem TV?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Managed to get through to TCL support in NZ. Contrary to comments I have read of other TCL support they were actually very good and supportive. They had me unplug the TV with issue and then hold down the on/off switch for minimum 20 seconds. TV left unplugged for a further 2/3 minutes. Switch everything back on and voila!! I suppose this was like a reset? Problem solved!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
