Hi,

I have an Ezviz outdoor security camera for my backyard. It sets up very easily, works great with voice commands on Google. Barely any lag when I stream it to my Pixel phone and Hub in the kitchen. When I want to watch the feed on either of my televisions via Chromecast or Google TV, it's so blurry its useless. Any idea how to get the feed on the tv improved?

I am sorry about the late response, thank you for patience on this! Were you able to fix that camera issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine blurry cameras aren't very useful. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

When did this issue start happening?
What is the firmware version of the Chromecast?
Are your cameras firmware up-to-date?
Have you already contacted Ezviz about this issue?
What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
