How do you remove products or devices in your home that was secretly put in without your knowledge. My ex is controlling my thermostat cameras lights doorbell he 3rd partied my RING and ADT to my amazon. He put himself as two factor authentication to his phone without my knowledge on my fire stick. He added his name on my chromecast without my knowledge. Please help me remove him from controlling my devices remotely

I too am looking for an answer to this. I do not know how to discover where the right process is for such a violation of privacy.

I do know that my ex did the above as mentioned and this week did something to all my Google/Nest products via API's. As much as I love Google. It's something of a nightmare removing and cleaning all the things that are affected.

I totally agree. I can't get law enforcement to do anything. No one with Google Nest or any apps involved in the fraudulent activity will get back to me.

Thanks for reaching out. You can check this support website article to see how you can remove a Google Nest product in your home in the Google Home app. Also, if the person has been added as a home member in your home, you can check this support article on how you can remove a person in your home.

On the other hand, if the person has access to your Google Nest Account, I'd suggest you reset your password and add an extra layer of protection to your account.

Jennifer I do not have his username or password. Nor do I where the devices he has. I have found cameras speakers his phone showed history and his knowing every detail of me. his acting dumb to getting Chromecast to hook up. all kinds if suspicious moves. Door bell goes off thermostat remotely controlled. I have explained already. without those his username name and password I'm clueless. but it my home my belongings
