Remote control not paring

My google chrome tv remote is always in pulse mode and it couldn’t control anything. What can I do to fix the issue?

I bought the chrome tv last November and it should still be under warranty. What options do I have?

If you bought the device last November, then yes, it should still be under warranty. I would get a hold of Chromecast support to look at replacing the device if you believe it to be defective.
